For Loyalty Services AG – a Swiss specialist in CRM and customer loyalty programmes – we were commissioned to create a new website that optimally combines strategy, design and technology. The aim was to communicate the comprehensive range of services in a more targeted manner, address specific target groups and promote lead generation with a well-thought-out user journey. The result: a scalable, modern website with an integrated booking function, landing pages for all service areas and a clear structure based on industry sectors.
With the relaunch, Loyalty Services now has a modern, scalable and user-friendly website that perfectly matches its new positioning. The content is now clearly tailored to the target groups, the services are presented in an easily understandable way and all contact options are accessible without barriers. Initial meetings have already been arranged via the integrated booking tool – the website is therefore already contributing to the strategic business goals shortly after its launch.
The previous Loyalty Services website did not meet current technological standards or reflect the company's strategic reorientation. The content was not clearly structured, the services were not presented in a differentiated manner, and the full range of services was difficult to see. Loyalty Services wanted to change this and commissioned us to design and implement a completely new website that would highlight the services and encourage customers to contact the company directly.
Within two months, we developed the new website based on Webstudio and the flexible CMS Directus. It was important to us not only to create a modern, minimalist web design, but also a clear navigation structure with individual pages for each industry and separate landing pages for the respective service areas. Another key feature was the direct integration of Microsoft Bookings, which allows potential customers to easily book an initial consultation – an essential component for lead generation.
