We were commissioned by BKOS GmbH, a leading specialist in concrete cosmetics from Switzerland, to develop a new website that combines design, SEO and user-friendliness. The aim was to clearly present the seven service areas, convince potential customers with reference projects and improve Google rankings in the long term.

The website relaunch for BKOS GmbH not only significantly improved the design and user experience, but also greatly increased online visibility and the number of customer enquiries. The filterable references page and expanded landing pages for all seven service areas made it possible to target potential customers. The optimised SEO strategy has resulted in the BKOS website now ranking second in searches for ‘concrete cosmetics’. Organic traffic has increased fivefold, and the domain authority has been strengthened by building over 80 high-quality backlinks. In addition, the website now ranks for three times as many relevant keywords as before. Thanks to improved user guidance and a clear content structure, the website now not only has more visitors but also significantly more enquiries – a success that will continue to grow in the long term.

Following targeted SEO optimisation, the BKOS website now ranks second on Google for the key keyword ‘concrete cosmetics’. This top ranking ensures sustained organic traffic – exactly where potential customers are searching for the services.

5x more organic traffic

Since the relaunch, organic traffic has increased fivefold. Thanks to the structured website design, relevant content and technical optimisation, BKOS is now ranked much higher by Google – and found much more frequently by users.

+80 backlinks

Through targeted measures such as directory entries and networking strategies, over 80 high-quality backlinks were established. This not only strengthens the domain authority, but also contributes significantly to better placement in search results.

3x more keywords

Thanks to new content, a clean keyword structure and topic-specific landing pages, the website now ranks for three times as many relevant search terms. This increases its reach on the internet and ensures more qualified website visitors.

The starting point – time for a breath of fresh air

The old BKOS GmbH website no longer met modern standards and did not reflect the company's professionalism or high standards. The design looked outdated, and technically, the website could not keep up with current requirements for user-friendliness and performance. In addition, it lacked a clear structure to optimally present the seven service areas and important reference projects. Jonathan Havel, Managing Director of BKOS GmbH, therefore approached us with the request for a comprehensive website relaunch. In addition to a fresh design, the focus was on a sustainable SEO strategy to improve Google rankings in the long term and generate more enquiries via the website.

Our project approach – strategy, design and technical implementation

To meet BKOS's requirements, we combined creative design, technical expertise and SEO best practices in a comprehensive project approach. The process began with the development of a visual mock-up in Figma, which was refined in close consultation with the client. The website was then developed using Divhunt, a modern no-code tool, to ensure flexible customisation and easy management. The web design focused on bold blue tones, combined with visual elements such as concrete textures to visually emphasise the connection to concrete cosmetics. To make the user experience more dynamic, we integrated subtle animations in the hero area and a clear navigation structure. We paid particular attention to SEO optimisation: The content was created according to the latest SEO guidelines, and the page structure was adapted to enable better indexing by search engines. In addition, we integrated specific FAQ sections to provide relevant information to both potential customers and search engines. An accompanying Google Ads campaign supported the website launch and brought additional traffic to the new content.
