Website relaunch for a Swiss contact centre

callExpert needed a dual-purpose website: one that convinces Swiss decision-makers to outsource customer interactions and one that wins the best call agents in an ultra-competitive labour market. The previous site lacked structured landing pages, keyword visibility and a clear talent journey. Our Webstudio.is build with Strapi CMS delivers a modular, high-performing experience.

Impact: Higher visibility, faster hiring, scalable content ops

The new experience balances credibility with conversion. Sales teams get landing pages tuned for Swiss outsourcing keywords, while HR enjoys a talent engine that highlights flexible schedules, coaching and fast onboarding. The headless setup keeps future campaigns agile and measurable.

~730 monthly searches captured for talent keywords

“call agent job”, “callcenter jobs zürich” and “call center jobs schweiz” (DataForSEO, language DE, location Switzerland) are now embedded in hero copy, CTAs and meta tags to attract qualified applicants.

>4,000 monthly searches targeted for outsourcing services

Service funnels cover “call center outsourcing”, “customer service outsourcing” and “contact center outsourcing” (DataForSEO, language EN, location UK), channelling global demand towards a Swiss partner narrative.

Headless Webstudio × Strapi stack

Marketing and HR can launch new landing pages or job posts without developer support, reducing time-to-publish for campaigns and vacancy updates.

The challenge: One platform for sales and hiring

The old website didn’t surface the breadth of callExpert’s offering or guide visitors to the right CTA. Service pages were generic, case proof was hidden, and the career section neither showcased benefits nor the 72-hour hiring promise. As a result, SEO visibility for terms like “call center outsourcing Switzerland” and “call center jobs Switzerland” was weak, and conversions lagged. At the same time, contact centre outsourcing is crowded and talent expects frictionless experiences. callExpert needed a digital presence that signals Swiss quality, makes performance transparent and moves candidates from interest to application without delay.

Our approach: Keyword intelligence, headless architecture, conversion-led UX

Based on a kick-off workshop, we defined customer journeys for B2B leads and job applicants. Using DataForSEO, we identified keyword clusters — from “customer service outsourcing” to “call agent job” — and built the storyline, headlines, and module sequences around them. Visual and content concepts were developed in Webstudio.is, and the content can be managed headlessly via Strapi. All forms are tied to clear conversion triggers (quote request, booking link, application CTA).
