Website relaunch for a plant and machinery manufacturer

We developed a new, modern website for Max Schilling AG – including the creation of a second brand world: the newly founded Schilling Engineering Solutions GmbH. The digital presence thus combines both tradition and innovation under a single URL.

The result: greater clarity, greater visibility, greater success

The new website presents Max Schilling AG in a modern and clearly structured design, while also professionally introducing Schilling Engineering Solutions GmbH as an independent, newly founded company. Both companies benefit from a shared platform that visibly separates them without losing the connection between them. The new digital presence ensures significantly improved customer communication, contemporary mobile optimisation and simplified processes for contact and applications. Thanks to the new technical basis, the site is future-proof and SEO-optimised, enabling it to meet high standards of visibility and user-friendliness in the long term.

Two companies, one website – the starting point

The previous website exclusively presented Max Schilling AG. With the founding of Schilling Engineering Solutions GmbH, it became necessary to clearly distinguish between the two companies while simultaneously connecting them digitally. In addition, it was necessary to establish an independent brand identity for the new company and make it visible on the web. In addition to this particular challenge, a technical upgrade was required to make the site SEO-friendly and to implement a responsive, contemporary design. New landing pages for the individual services, an expanded career section with offer forms and the integration of social media content were also among the project goals. In addition, the entire platform had to be implemented in multiple languages, namely German and English.

Our approach: branding, UX and technology combined

The project focused on developing a second brand identity that clearly distinguishes itself from Max Schilling AG while remaining closely connected to it. We developed a separate branding including a logo for Schilling Engineering Solutions GmbH and integrated it harmoniously into the overall presence. On a technical level, a common platform was created that allows users to switch to the independent world of the GmbH by clicking on ‘Engineering’ in the navigation bar. There, dynamic content in the navigation bar ensures flexible user guidance. At the same time, the design was modernised and made responsive for an optimal user experience. In terms of content, the focus was on clearly structured landing pages, an expanded career section with application and offer forms, and the integration of news articles that are directly linked to LinkedIn. The website was implemented in Webstudio, while the CMS Strapi ensures maximum flexibility and easy maintenance. Thanks to the bilingual implementation, both companies can now reach their target groups internationally.
